We stayed on a Sunday evening on a special offer the hotel is currently running, where you can stay for £25 if you spend £75 on dinner in the brasserie. Ours was in C-wing and so was a bog standard hotel room that could have been in any 'luxury' hotel anywhere. I just don't understand why hotels rip you off at every opportunity. Sadly, this means any problem takes an age to deal with, it can certainly take 20+ minutes to get to check out, retrieving the car can also take some time.If you can get into this hotel via one of the varied deals, say sub £100, it's pretty good value relative to other offerings in the Oxford area, but at/close to rack rate, you're better off elsewhere.I stay in the Oxford area every week and have done so now for about 10 years.
