I'm sorry to hear that fellow Spa users were not respectful in the serenity pool area and hope this did not spoil your visit too much. Arrive at 1pm; use of the indoor pool, jacuzzi and outdoor hot tub; Dance the night sway in the disco room with bar, Overnight stay Coffee and pastries while the necessaries were filled in. A delay (an hour before dessert arrived) was not initially dealt with well - mentioned it to staff twice, including concerns about it getting nearer to treatment times, but wasn't until a supervisor realised what had happened that it was properly tackled. There's a couple of big "buts" though......Here goes. Even drinks being served later would be fine. We insist that you take out your own holiday travel insurance before booking with us, to make sure you are covered in the event of any cancellation. Have just been for a day here and booked to come again straight away ! Beds outside were full most of the day with people reserving bed with towels but then not using them, we were informed by reception that we were allowed to remove towels from beds that were left for a while and send the people to reception.Only a few minor factors which stop me giving this full marks (we normally go to Ribby Hall so our expectations were very high), firstly there is only one water fountain for drinks and the water pressure was more of a mere trickle, not good when waiting for a group of people to fill their cups. Very good, can't fault it. Think the owners need to think about what they want to create though - a serene spa, or a venue for drinking in the sun. The spa facilities are brilliant. I'm just not sure about an outside bar serving alcohol open all afternoon and a spa go hand-in-hand.
